Natasha Felten started her career in commercial real estate with Cushman and Wakefield, one of the nation’s largest full service commercial brokerage companies. At C&W, Natasha qualified for the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year and Service Excellence Awards. While gaining experience at C&W in the disciplines of tenant representation, real estate valuation, investment services and landlord agency, Ms. Felten chose to specialize in the combined arenas of owner/tenant representation and investment sales and acquisitions.

In 2001, Ms. Felten left C&W to become a Founding Partner of Northstar Commercial Partners, a real estate investment and brokerage company based in Denver, Colorado.

Ms. Felten sold her interests in Northstar and started her own firm, Colorado Commercial Companies (C3), in 2004. She currently represents over 1.2 million SF of agency and brokerage business. Ms. Felten specializes in sales, acquisitions, leasing, and investment syndications.

Natasha contributes her personal time and resources to several professional and non-profit organizations, including The Mental Health Association of Colorado, the Women's Foundation, the Denver Metro Council Association of Realtors, Belle Bonfils Blood Center, and the University of Denver.  While serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS (DMCAR) she led the organization to its highest level of profitability in five years.

Additionally, Ms. Felten is a founding board member of the University of Denver  Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management's Women of Enterprise Commercial Real Estate Forum. Ms. Felten served as the 2006 Chair of this annual event, raising over $50,000 in scholarships.  The Symposium features distinguished women in business and raises scholarship funds for women pursuing RECM degrees.  Ms. Felten has also participated as a member of the Steering Committee for Children's Hospital's Team Research Riders.  This group of commercial brokers raised over $260,000 in the 2005 Courage Classic bicycle ride. Natasha also contributes her time as a mentor for the Women's Vision Foundation.

Natasha graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver with a degree in business and marketing. Her academic distinctions include the Chancellor’s Award for demonstrating outstanding ability in business. She was also awarded a lifetime membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for individuals exhibiting academic acumen in business related fields.

Gary joined Colorado Commercial companies at the start of 2010 after over 3 years with Crimson Services where he gained valuable experience in an ever changing and dynamic marketplace, participating in new office condo sales, mixed use development leasing, industrial property disposition and landlord and tenant representation for both office and industrial. Prior to that Gary had a tenured career as a digital electronics design engineer covering many facets in the high technology arena including Semiconductor, Communications, Telecom, consumer electronics and Aerospace industries. This provided the foundation for the strong professional skills that continue to contribute to his success. A native of Colorado, Gary attended The University Northern Colorado and then New Mexico State University.

Gary brings great character and a highly dedicated work ethic to representing and servicing both landlords and tenants, with the majority of Gary’s business currently focused in the south central, southeast suburban and Castle Rock markets.

Gary’s service based mind set provides clients with strong goal achievement and strategy solutions for long-term operational and financial success by attaining in-depth marketing intelligence, strong analytical and negotiating skills and an unwavering commitment to their needs.

Michelle has nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She performs a wide range of marketing and administrative duties at C3. Her knowledge of the industry allows her to create highly effective marketing materials for the sales and leasing brokers at the firm.

When Michelle is not at C3, she enjoys playing softball, working out, hiking and spending time with her daughter.
