Natasha "Sasha" Felten
President

Natasha started her career in commercial real estate with Cushman and Wakefield, one of the nation’s largest full service commercial brokerage companies. At C&W, Natasha qualified for the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year and Service Excellence Awards. While gaining experience at C&W in the disciplines of tenant representation, real estate valuation, investment services and landlord agency, Ms. Felten chose to specialize in the combined arenas of owner/tenant representation and investment sales and acquisitions.

In 2001, Ms. Felten left Cushman and Wakefield to become a Founding Partner of Northstar Commercial Partners, a real estate investment and brokerage company based in Denver, Colorado. Within three years the firm had acquired a diverse portfolio of commercial property in California, Colorado, Illinois, Virginia and Florida, accounting for approximately one million square feet of industrial and office buildings.

In 2004, Ms. Felten sold her interests in Northstar and started her own firm, Colorado Commercial Companies. Colorado Commercial Companies provides commercial leasing, acquisition and listing services. To date the firm has completed over $55 million dollars in sales and leases and completed over 250 separate transactions.

Ms. Felten has served as President of DMCAR, the nation’s largest association of commercial real estate brokers, and she has served on the University of Denver’s Women of Enterprise Committee since its inception. Ms Felten served as Chairperson of the event in 2006, raising over $50,000 in scholarship dollars. Ms. Felten also contributes to the Denver Dumb Friends League, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Mental Health Association of Colorado, Bonfils Blood Center, American Cancer Society Ride for a Cure, Women’s Vision Foundation, University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management’s Women of Enterprise Scholarship Fund, and numerous other charities.

Ms. Felten graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver with a degree in business and marketing. Her academic distinctions include her receipt of the Chancellor’s Award for demonstrating outstanding ability in business. She was also awarded a lifetime membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the honorary society for individuals exhibiting academic acumen in business related fields.

Laura S. Allred
Senior Associate

Laura started her career in Commercial Real Estate in the mid 80’s as the Comptroller for AFDC Development Corporation, a California based holding and development Company.  In this position, she directed the cash flow for 13 office buildings and three mid-size apartment complexes.   During her tenure with AFDC, Westwood Savings and Loan took over the portfolio as General Partner and Laura was asked to become the leasing broker for the assets.   In this capacity, Laura was able to take portfolio occupancy from 35% to 95% in just 18 months.  She coordinated all tenant negotiations, leasehold improvement construction and common area renovations.   Her ability to work with all types of people, to clearly communicate and to organize teams effectively, allowed her to reposition the portfolio assets and ultimately market them for sale.  Westwood Savings and Loan was taken over by the FSLIC Resolution Fund during the S&L crisis and Ms. Allred was retained due to her understanding of the assets and relationships with the tenants.

Ms. Allred continued as an owner representative through the 90’s, expanding her market knowledge to the retail product category, as the Leasing Director for Diamante Properties.  In this role, Laura executed the leasing programs for 10 office buildings and several retail shopping centers in two states with total portfolio square footage in excess of 1.5 million square feet.

In 2005, Laura started her own investment and development company, with an emphasis on mountain property development.  She still owns property in Buena Vista.

Laura brings over 30 years of broad based commercial real estate experience to the C3 listing team.  In her free time, Laura plays the bass and mentors her daughter, Rachel.
